Apr\u00e8s Milo Rau, Faustin Linyekula et Ang\u00e9lica Liddell, elle est la quatri\u00e8me artiste \u00e0 relever, dans la s\u00e9rie Histoire(s) du Th\u00e9\u00e2tre, le d\u00e9fi de proposer une cr\u00e9ation dans laquelle pr\u00e9sent, pass\u00e9 et futur se rencontrent de fa\u00e7on inattendue. <em>ONE SONG \u2212 Histoire(s) du Th\u00e9\u00e2tre IV<\/em> se d\u00e9roule dans l\u2019univers si particulier de Warlop. Des performeurs entrent dans l\u2019ar\u00e8ne pour un rituel ensorcelant sur <strong>l\u2019adieu, la vie et la mort, l\u2019espoir et la r\u00e9surrection.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le spectacle<strong>, les performeurs poussent les choses \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00eame ensemble<\/strong>: par le truchement d\u2019un texte chant\u00e9, d\u2019images et d\u2019objets, d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne et de sueur, ils \u00e9voquent notre condition humaine. Quelqu\u2019un se l\u00e8ve, ind\u00e9finiment, pour repousser leurs limites. Ils d\u00e9fient le temps et laissent s\u2019exprimer un besoin profond\u00e9ment humain : cet instant o\u00f9 nous pouvons transcender notre corps pensant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par le biais de la m\u00e9taphore d\u2019un <strong>concours\/concert live<\/strong>, commentateur et cheerleader compris, Miet Warlop nous invite \u00e0 former une communaut\u00e9 et \u00e0 nous soutenir les uns les autres, comme dans une c\u00e9l\u00e9bration. Le provisoire devient ainsi l\u2019universel, et l\u2019intime, quelque chose de collectif.
